Department of Transport and Main Roads Pre-Qualification Achieved
Hawthorne Civil is delighted to announce that we have attained full pre-qualification with the Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland for Civil (Bridge) Construction Contracts. Based on a contractor's technical and managerial expertise, financial capacity, and previous performance, pre-qualification to The National Prequalification System for Civil (Bridge) Construction Contracts classifies contractors who wish to tender for bridge construction contracts.
Operations Manager, Ramon Labort, welcomed the achievement, “Hawthorne Civil has a proven track record of supporting major contractors to deliver works throughout Queensland, and New South Wales helping to deliver high-profile projects such as the Carmichael Rail Network, Caloundra Road to Sunshine Motorway Upgrade, Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway Upgrade and the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, with our teams delivering bridge structures to the highest standards.”
“Attaining pre-qualification reinforces our capabilities, highlights the strength of our people and processes and provides confidence to our clients that we are the right strategic partner to support the delivery of major engineering projects. I want to congratulate the Hawthorne Civil Team for the hard work that has gone into this achievement and for their efforts and skill in delivering every project that has got us to this point. This is only the beginning as we continue to grow, work with more clients, and support the development of critical, economically beneficial infrastructure. We will continue to hold ourselves to the highest benchmarks moving forward.”
