Hawthorne Civil Launches Hawthorne Hire
Hawthorne Civil is delighted to announce the launch of a new venture, Hawthorne Hire.
Intended to support the delivery of major projects on Australia’s eastern seaboard, Hawthorne Hire will bring the same levels of quality, service, commitment, and collaboration that has spurred on the success and growth of Hawthorne Civil.
Managing Director Enda O’Brien outlined the new venture’s purpose, “We have been successfully supporting civil infrastructure delivery for almost a decade, and one of the key challenges that our clients face is access to high-quality and reliable plant and equipment. Hawthorne Hire has been established to meet that need.”
“Through Hawthorne Civil, we provide certainty for our clients regarding work crews, construction, engineering, and specialist equipment. Providing plant and equipment is a natural added value that supports our current service offering. It enables our clients to build a long-term partnership with us through the entire life cycle of their major project.”
Launching with a specialised fleet of plant and equipment, including Frannas, telehandlers, excavators, trucks, compressors and trailer-mounted pressure washers, Hawthorne’s Hire’s equipment will be state-of-the-art, high-quality and from trusted brands with a proven track record of reliability in the most challenging of operating environments.
“The plant and equipment market has been flooded with poor quality products in recent years. While an initial price point is attractive for some organisations, our focus is on equipment that maximises availability and runtime, so unnecessary and avoidable equipment failures do not delay projects. We stock brands known for their reliability and endurance, such as Cat, Terex, Manitou and Sullair; they are the brands we trust and ones I know our clients can rely on.”
Hawthorne Hire will also operate a no-call centre policy, believing relationships more important than being on hold, pressing multiple options and lasing with account managers who don’t understand construction and infrastructure, “Our clients will have a direct line to their Hawthorne Hire representative, all of whom have experience in equipment rental, understand the construction process and appreciate the challenges that project and site engineers face daily,” said Enda.
